This is a novel written in the backdrop of
corporate world and cine industry. The story revolves around three
women, Samantha, Jamuna and Kinnera who belong to ordinary middle class
families. They’ve an urge to develop in their respective careers and
become financially sound enough to support their families and get hold
of all materialistic possessions in the urban culture. This novel
describes the emotional struggle that these three women undergo during
the process of their settlement in life. How people now a days get
attracted to money and success and in this process how the family,human
relations, morals and beliefs tend to vanish are described in a
heart-touching manner. Title is aptly chosen.
